Summit (Goma) Air
Summit Air is new branded name in Nepalese airlines industry. The Goma Air was re-branded to Summit Air on 13 March 2017. Goma air started its operation from 24 February 2011 with two Cessna Grand Caravan 208 B. The airlines was based on Kathmandu. Now the re-branded Summit Air is offering its service in Nepal.
Summit Air is the first operator in Nepal to introduce factory New short takeoff and landing (STOL) aircraft after a long gap of 40 years. Summit Air is operating flights to Jomsom from Pokhara, Lukla from Kathmandu, Simikot and Dolpa from Nepalgunj. The airline is famous for short takeoff and landing (STOL) airstrips of western parts of Nepal.
