Arun Valley Trek is less crowded camping trekking in the eastern part of Nepal. Arun valley lies between the Sagarmatha National Park and Makalu Barun National park. The valley is considered as the deepest valley in the world.

Arun valley is the home of many endangered birds, butterflies and animals. More than 650 species of birds and over 800 species of butterflies are found in this valley. Orchids and other flowers along a quiet jungle trail, swirl prayer flags at Shipton La. Besides these, it provides the shelter for the rare and endangered Panda.
