You are welcomed by hospitable meeting at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to your hotel. After having time to settle and freshen up you will be called to visit our office. During this visit you will be briefly described about our program and meet with the guide. Also all the requirements for the trekking will be prepared and managed.

Day 2 : Exploration of Buddhist Heritage in Kathmandu valley

Day 4 : Kathmandu to Lumbini

After having some rest and breakfast in hotel we will set for the exploration of Buddhist religion initiation place. This is the place where the starter of Buddhist religion Gautam Buddha was born. It is religion that would preach peace, Tolerance and Harmony as cornerstones of one’s life long before there words became fashionable. We will have sightseeing in the garden around the place. We will visit many monasteries and Gompas here. After short working we will return for the next day trail.

Day 5 : Visit Maya Devi Mandir

We will visit Maya Devi Mandir which is the built on the site near the birth place of Buddha. Maya Devi is the holy mother of Buddha. It is very much refreshing to visit this temple with the splendid Lake in front of it. Continue visiting the various other monasteries and see the subtle differences in the way that various communities Practice this great religion.

Day 6 : Today we will visit other sites related to Buddhist religion.

Today we will visit other sites related to Buddhist religion. We will also visit many Gompas and remembering built by different countries like Bhutan, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand etc. these places are incredible to watch as it describes the life story of Buddha in the form of statues and paintings. Also today we will visit Tilaurakot, Niglihawa and Pipilihawa.

 

Day 7 : Lumbini to Kathmandu

(If you have time from here we can join Muktinath pilgrimage with a flight to Pokhara. Muktinath is another important religious site for both Buddhist and Hindus.)

We will take a flight or drive back to Kathmandu valley today. Overnight at hotel

Day 8 : Final departure

Transfer to airport for final departure or join other activities in Nepal
