Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul & Trek to Ulleri (2,070m)

Our journey begins early in the morning in Pokhara. After breakfast, we take a local bus to Nayapul, which takes around one hour. From Nayapul, we start our trek towards Ulleri. The trail takes us through the scenic rhododendron forests, accompanied by the sounds of the Modi River and chirping birds. It takes approximately 3 hours to reach Ulleri, where we stay overnight in a lodge.

Day 2: Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,675m)

We begin our second day with a hearty breakfast and start our trek to Ghorepani. The trail involves a steep climb but is rewarded with magnificent views of Annapurna South, Himchuli, and other peaks. We pass through Banthali, a village inhabited by the Magar community, before reaching Nangethanti. After crossing several streams and trekking through rhododendron and oak forests, we arrive at Ghorepani. Here, we can enjoy the spectacular views of the snow-capped mountains and explore the traditional Nepalese lifestyle.

Day 3: Trek from Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3,210m) & Trek to Ghandruk (1,940m)

We start our trek before dawn to reach Poon Hill in time for the sunrise. The hike takes about an hour, and the view of the sun rising over the Annapurna, Fishtail, and Dhaulagiri ranges is truly breathtaking. After spending time at the top, we descend to Ghorepani for breakfast. We then continue our trek towards Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village known for its hospitality. The hike from Ghorepani to Ghandruk takes about 6 hours, and we spend the night in a teahouse in Ghandruk.

Day 4: Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul & Drive to Pokhara (827m)

Our final day of trekking takes us from Ghandruk back to Nayapul. The trail descends through scenic routes, passing by rhododendron forests, streams, and suspension bridges. After approximately 5 hours of trekking, we reach Nayapul, where we catch a local bus back to Pokhara. We stay in a hotel in Pokhara and enjoy the rest of the day exploring the city.
