Today marks your inaugural day in Kathmandu. Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted warmly by the representative of Life Dream Adventure. They will escort you to your designated hotel using our private vehicle.

Later in the evening, you will have the opportunity to meet our experienced guide. Together, you will engage in a detailed discussion about the upcoming 7-day Everest Base Camp trek. During this session, you will also go through essential trek preparations to ensure you are fully equipped and ready for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 : Early morning fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 m/9,318 ft.) and start trek to Namche Bazaar via Phakding (3,440 m/11,286 ft.). Trek hour: 7-8 hrs.

In the early morning, we embark on a breathtaking flight to Lukla. Lukla Airport stands as a testament to both its extreme conditions and its stunning surroundings, nestled amidst breathtaking landscapes.

Upon our arrival in Lukla, we rendezvous with our dedicated porters and crew members. They skillfully pack your belongings, ensuring everything is in order. Once the packing is complete, we commence our trek towards Namche Bazaar, where we will spend the night.

En route to Namche Bazaar, you'll traverse through renowned places such as Phakding and Monjo. Along this journey, you'll be treated to spectacular views of towering mountains, including Amadablam, Lhotse, Pumori, and various other colossal peaks from remarkably close vantage points.

Namche Bazaar serves as the cultural heart, being the capital of the Sherpa and Tibetan people. In this vibrant town, you can relish the local experience by visiting bars and restaurants. Additionally, you have the convenience of staying connected, as internet services are readily available.

Day 3 : After Breakfast trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche/Debuche (3,870 m/12,697 ft.). Trek hour: 5-6 hrs.

Today, following a satisfying breakfast, we will embark on an uphill climb towards our destination, Tengboche/Debuche. Along the trekking route, you will journey through enchanting landscapes, passing through lush rhododendron forests, towering pine trees, and alongside the soothing melody of mountain rivers.

During this scenic walk, you will be treated to awe-inspiring vistas, including the panoramic beauty of Mt. Everest. Additionally, you will have the privilege of witnessing the majestic presence of mountains such as Mt. Amadablam, Pumori, Nuptse, and Lhotse, among many others. Tengboche stands out as a renowned spot for both trekkers and Buddhist pilgrims alike.

At Tengboche Monastery, a historical gem constructed by Tibetan Lamas, you will have the opportunity to delve into the rich history, culture, and traditions of the Sherpa people. Explore the depths of this ancient monastery and immerse yourself in the captivating narratives of the Sherpa heritage.

Day 4 : Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m/14,470 ft). Trek hour: 5-6 hrs.

Today's trek takes us from the serene Tengboche Monastery to Dingboche, a challenging and lengthy journey that demands endurance and fitness, making it particularly manageable for experienced hikers and those in good physical shape.

The trek spans approximately 5-6 hours, leading you through picturesque mountain valleys, dense pine forests, and alongside mountain rivers. Along the way, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking views of the Everest region's majestic mountains, with the towering Mt. During the trek towards Lobuche, you'll navigate a terrain of both uphill and downhill stretches. Along the way, you'll encounter significant cultural markers such as Mani stones and numerous prayer flags. Each Mani stone bears the names of fallen trekkers, Sherpas, and climbers, serving as a solemn tribute to their memory.

Day 6 : After breakfast trek from Lobuche to Everest base camp (5,364 m/17,598 ft.) & trek back to Gorakshep (5,170 m/16,961 ft.) trek hour 5-6hrs

Today marks the day when your dream of reaching Everest Base Camp becomes a reality. We begin our trek after a hearty breakfast, embarking on a memorable journey. Upon reaching Gorakshep, we pause to savor a fulfilling lunch. Energized, we press on, trekking towards the ultimate destination: Everest Base Camp.

At Everest Base Camp, you'll immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery before retracing our steps back to Gorakshep. Here, you'll spend the night at the finest tea-house available, ensuring a comfortable and restful overnight stay after this remarkable achievement.

Day 7 : Early morning Hike to Kalapathar 3hrs & Helicopter fly back to Lukla (2,804 m/ 9,200 ft.) normal Fly back to Kathmandu (1,320 m/4,330 ft.) and Depature.

Early morning climb to the top of Kalapatthar (5,545 m) which is one of the best viewpoints in the Himalayas of the Everest region to see Mt Everest. The early morning walk to Kalapathar from Gorakshep is approximately two hours. From Kalapatthar we can observe the 360-degree panoramic views with vibrant sunrise of snow-capped mountains.

From here we can see the face of Everest and deep into the Khumbu icefield. We can enjoy the incredible view of Mt. Everest, Khumbase, Pumari, Cho-Oyu, Khumbu Glacier, Ama Dablam, Everest Base Camp, etc.

Then trek down to Gorakshep and had breakfast. Then take a helicopter flight back to Lukla and we will Normal fly back to Kathmandu. Trip end.
